By the regulation of the US DEPARTMENT OF STATE, ALL ENTRIES FOR THE US GREEN CARD LOTTERY must be submitted electronically ONLY, via the Electronic DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY Entry Form (EDV Entry Form).
